Plan Your Week With More Clarity

See the week together before you start filling the days. A weekly planner gives priorities, commitments and rest a place in the same conversation.

How weekly planning works

Begin with what is already fixed: work, appointments, care responsibilities and anything with a real deadline. Then choose what you want to move forward. A useful weekly plan shows both the time available and the decisions you have made about it.

Keep a separate place for things that can wait. Moving an idea out of this week is a decision, not a failure to plan.

What to include in a weekly planner

  • Commitments: the appointments and responsibilities you need to work around.
  • Priorities: a short list of outcomes that would make the week worthwhile.
  • Next actions: something concrete you can begin, rather than a broad instruction such as “be organised.”
  • Preparation and rest: what will make the week easier, and where you need space.
  • A review: a moment to notice what changed and decide what carries forward.

The Sunday Reset: a guided weekly tool

MagBook Issue 01 turns weekly planning into a seven-day experience. Its 24-page PDF includes seven mission days, three targets, 21 to-dos, a Big Board, prompts, checklists and a Reset Week scorecard. The week finishes with a 90-minute Sunday Reset: Clear → Review → Plan → Prepare → Rest.

Weekly priorities before a longer to-do list

Try describing a priority as a result: “send the draft” is clearer than “work on the project.” Then write the first action and check where it fits around your commitments. If all three priorities need the same free evening, the plan needs adjusting before the week begins.

A reset is more than scheduling

Review what is still open, clear what you no longer need and prepare for the first day ahead. The Sunday Reset includes a timed ritual, but the broader idea is simple: give yourself a regular place to close one week and begin the next.

Weekly planner vs daily planner

A weekly view helps you balance commitments across several days. A daily view helps you sequence the actions in front of you. You can use both: choose priorities weekly, then make a small daily list. Our current Sunday Reset product is a guided weekly MagBook, not a full-year dated daily diary.

Common questions

Can I use The Sunday Reset again?

Yes. The first week teaches the system; the aim is to keep the core Sunday routine rather than reread the full issue every week.

How much time does the programme take?

It runs for seven days. Most mission days take 20–30 minutes, with a 90-minute Sunday Reset on Day 7.

What if I do not know my priorities?

Start with the planner hub and The Life Audit, or use our guide to turning goals into actions. Clarifying a focus can be more useful than adding tasks.
