This policy explains how Persona Balance uses personal information when you browse personabalance.com, buy a product, create an account or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form.
Information we collect
When you order, we collect the contact and billing information you enter, your order details and payment status. If you create an account, we keep your account information and order history so you can manage purchases and access downloads. Contact requests include your name, email address and message.
Our website and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs to operate the website, maintain shopping sessions and help prevent fraud. If you leave a review, the review and displayed author name may be public.
How we use information
- Process payments and orders, provide downloads and deliver any physical products you order.
- Send order and account messages and respond to support requests.

- Protect the website and customers against misuse and fraud.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on fulfilling your order, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating a secure shop, or consent where required.
Payments and service providers
The shop uses WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted with Hostinger. Payments are handled through Stripe and the payment method you select. Payment providers process the payment information you submit under their own privacy notices. Do not send card details or passwords through our contact form.
Information needed to provide the service may be processed by hosting, payment and email providers, and by delivery providers if you order a physical item. These providers may operate in countries outside your own. See Stripe’s privacy notice and Hostinger’s privacy notice for their practices.
Cookies and external services
Cookies support the cart, checkout, login and other essential site functions. Blocking these cookies in your browser may prevent parts of the shop from working. Payment services may use cookies and similar technologies for fraud prevention. The site also loads fonts from Google, which receives the technical information needed to serve those files.
Retention
Order, account and support information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required transaction records, resolve disputes and protect the shop. Some records may need to be retained after an account or deletion request because of legal or accounting requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can review available account details through My Account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Reflection prompts and sensitive information
Our starting-point guide says that your selection is not saved to your account. Your browser history and ordinary server logs may still record the requested page. Please do not submit medical details or other sensitive personal information through the contact form or product reviews. A printed workbook can be completed privately without sending your written answers to us.
