Digital Planners for a More Intentional Life

Digital planners keep the ideas, prompts and plans you need in one downloadable resource. Persona Balance brings planning together with editorial reading and guided personal reflection.

What is a digital planner?

A digital planner is a planning resource delivered or used electronically. The term can describe very different things: a downloadable PDF, a document with interactive features or a dedicated app. The format matters as much as the page design.

Our current planning resources are PDF downloads. MagBooks add reading, worksheets and a guided week to the planner format. They are not calendar apps, and we do not promise automatic reminders, device syncing or interactive fields.

Why use digital planners?

A downloadable file lets you keep the reading and instructions together and return to them when you need a reset. If you prefer writing on paper, a printable resource can also give you that option. Choose the working method you will actually return to, rather than the one with the longest feature list.

What can you plan with Persona Balance?

The Sunday Reset focuses on a week: clear the clutter, choose three priorities and bring the plan together on the Big Board. The Life Audit helps you take stock of ten life areas before choosing one manageable next step. Both connect reflection to action, with different starting questions.

How the downloads work

  1. Read the product description and check the format, contents and intended use.
  2. After payment, find the download through your order email or My Account.
  3. Save your file somewhere you can find again. Read the opening guidance before beginning the exercises.
  4. Follow the product’s printing instructions if you want to complete the working pages by hand.

Digital vs printable planners

“Digital” describes delivery or use; “printable” describes an option for working on paper. A PDF can be both. Reading a PDF on a screen does not mean it has fillable fields or supports a particular handwriting app. Our printable planner guide explains the paper-based approach.

Which digital planners are right for you?

Choose a weekly planning tool if you need a view of the days ahead. If the difficulty is deciding what deserves your time, begin with reflection or our guide to priorities and routines. You do not need to replace an existing calendar to use a guided workbook.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a particular app or device?

The products are PDF downloads. We have not verified compatibility with specific annotation apps or devices. Check the product details and your software’s PDF support before buying for a particular digital workflow.

Are these fillable or hyperlinked planners?

Those features are not advertised for the current products. Choose them for their guided reading, prompts and printable working pages.

Is a physical copy included?

No. These products are digital downloads. Printing is something you arrange if you want a paper copy.
