These terms apply to purchases made directly from Persona Balance at personabalance.com. Please read the product description and our Refund and Returns Policy before placing an order. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
Products and prices
Each listing explains what is included, its format and whether it is a digital download or physical item. The price, currency and any applicable charges are shown before you place your order. Please check your order and contact details carefully.
Digital downloads
Digital products are files, not physical items. The Life Audit is a nine-page A4 PDF designed to be printed and completed by hand. You need a compatible PDF reader and access to a printer if you wish to print it. Please do not assume a PDF is digitally fillable unless its listing says so.
After payment is confirmed, use the download link provided with your order. Registered customers can also check the Downloads section of My Account. If you cannot access a file, contact us with your order number.
Personal use
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, a workbook purchase is for your own personal use. You may print copies for your personal reflection. Do not resell, share the downloadable file publicly, redistribute it or claim the content as your own. Contact us before using our materials for commercial, group or client work.
Physical products
For any physical item offered in the shop, its listing and checkout show the relevant delivery information. Digital-only orders do not require physical delivery. If a physical order arrives damaged or differs from its description, please contact us with your order number and details.
Returns and refunds
Physical items have a seven-day return window from delivery. Digital downloads are not returnable or exchangeable, and change-of-mind refunds are not offered for them. See our full return policy for conditions, postage and help with faulty or misdescribed items. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Scope of our resources
Persona Balance provides general information and self-reflection tools. They are not therapy, diagnosis, a clinical assessment or personalised medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice. We do not promise a particular personal outcome.
Your account and information
Keep your login details private and provide accurate information needed to fulfil your order. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. Do not send sensitive personal information or payment-card details through support messages.
Questions and applicable rights
If something goes wrong, contact us so we can help resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates to these terms apply to future orders; the terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase.
