Printable Planners for Everyday Life
Printable planners put a page on the desk, a pen in your hand and a little more room to think. Explore downloadable planning resources you can print and use away from a screen.
Printable planners with a purpose
A printable planner is a file you download and print yourself. It can be an open schedule, a checklist or a guided set of working pages. Persona Balance focuses on guided resources: prompts, priorities and practical exercises that help you decide what to write, rather than leaving you with an empty grid.

Print a useful first copy
- Check the file’s page size. Use the size stated on the product page or in your PDF viewer. The Life Audit and MagBook Issues 02 and 03 are described as A4.
- Choose your pages. Read the guidance on screen first if you prefer, then select the working pages you need.
- Review print preview. Check orientation, margins and scaling. If you change paper size, make sure nothing is cropped.
- Test one page. Check the text and writing space before printing the whole document. Printer settings and colour output vary.
Printable planners for weekly goals and reflection
For a printable weekly planner approach, start with weekly priorities and a reset routine. If you are choosing a longer-term goal, begin by writing why it matters and one action you can take this week. The Life Audit provides a guided starting point; it is not a dated goal calendar.
Our productivity planning guide shows how priorities, routines and review can work together. You can apply the method in a workbook or in a notebook you already own.
More writing, with some guidance
Say It Like You Mean It is a 24-page A4 printable PDF for a seven-day Voice Week. The No Issue uses the same page count and format for practising boundaries; pages 7–23 are designed to be written on. Explore these journals and guided workbooks when reflection is the part of planning you need most.
